You liked your books
the way they were.
The desktop QuickBooks you ran your business on is being retired out from under you. EZ Totals keeps what you actually liked about it: the registers, the keyboard shortcuts, the words. In your browser, on a flat price, with your company file converted.
The register
Still the center of the product.
Not a feed. Not a dashboard of tiles. A register: one line per transaction, a running balance that foots, and your keyboard doing the work. This is the actual screen, not an artist's impression of one.

Same shortcuts, same vocabulary: customers are customers, the Item List is the Item List, and Pay Bills is called Pay Bills. Nothing to relearn, nothing renamed by a product manager.
Your company file
Twenty years of books come with you.
EZ Totals reads your QuickBooks Desktop company file through a guided conversion: your chart of accounts, customers, vendors, items, open invoices and bills, and the history behind them. You review the converted books side by side before you go live, and your desktop file stays untouched on your machine.
Locked or damaged file? Start fresh with opening balances instead; the conversion is a door, not a toll booth.
What’s inside
The whole back office, one ledger.
Every number drills down to the entry behind it, every entry posts double-sided, and nothing you see is a cache: when the register says the money moved, it moved.
The price
Their price climbs. Ours is a number.
Every year the subscription letter arrives and the tiers shuffle upward, because somebody has to pay for the ads, the sales team, and the upsell department. We do not have those. We have software.
